Living in Southern California has its perks. One of these perks is the constant warm weather. Even in February, its 75 degrees and sunny. Today, I threw together this look. Theres a little bit of a breeze to cool down the sun, so this Brandy Melville sweater worked perfectly. I paired it with a body con skirt that I've had for a while (I only wore it over a bikini, but decided to bust it out today)....I like the idea of pairing similar hues. These days, I wear my Chucks with almost EVERYTHING. To be honest, I used to NEVER wear sneakers. My mom would make fun of me for always wearing heels or platforms. (even to the swap meet.) Now that I've become a mom to THREE boys, it just doesn't make sense to chase them around in heels. I laugh at myself sometimes when I do wear heels. Its like I lost my ability to stay balanced in them! Don't get me wrong...I still consider myself a heel addict....but I try to make better choices when I purchase or wear heels. Any hoo...this is todays look....easy, breezy, California girl.
